I've considered doing a 3-speed hub on this bike, but at least for the time being, I'm gonna stick with the flip-flop wheel I got for free and the original single-pivot caliper. I've been pretty happy with the 700x35 Nokian W106s I have on my Volpe, and I don't think the project bike has the clearance for anything bigger, especially with fenders.
