I see a few sets in there, says "in stock".

11 speed is the "future", but 10 speed still has a lot of life left in it. 10 speed is what? 7-8 years old now? If people are riding around on 10 speed ergo power, it's on a 5-6 year old bike, which is probably still functioning pretty well. Figure if someone was gonna upgrade the shifters, they might as well upgrade the whole group... and if you're buying new campy groups to upgrade your current bike, you're probably gonna buy a whole new bike.
