OP

I know nothing about the bike, but I can give you a little fit insight. I am 6'3" and ride 58-59 cm bikes. But that is a seat tube measurement, so more importantly, I ride 585 effective Top Tubes and 190 Head Tube. Someone 6'3" could just as easily ride a 62 cm, with a 595 eff Top Tube and a 230 head tube.

It has as much to do with body proportion as it does overall height. I am short leg, long trunk, long arm, so I need bars that are low or I will sit bolt upright. I would never look at an endurance geo bike (like a roubaix), because the HT is too tall for a given eff TT. I buy 58's, stick the post high in the air, and have 3-4" of saddle to bar drop, if not more.

If you were all leg, short torso, short arm, that long drop will hurt, so you get a 62 with a tall HT so that the bars are close enough to reach with a reasonable stem and a decent back angle.

Only reason I say all of that is to emphasize figure out your proportions, and then look for bike sizes that match what you need.
