I just purchased a trainer (1-up) with the wonderful Pennsylvania winter months approaching, and I was curious, will a trainer pose any damage threat to my American Classic 350s?

If so, should I just buy the cheapest wheel I can for the back and use that when I'm on the trainer?

Also, does it matter which tire I use, i.e. are slicks better than treaded tires for use on the trainer?
