I had a chance to buy 2 sets of 2nd Gen Ergo shifters, (Centaur, 10s, NOS) from a small firm in California, $150 apiece.
Like an idiot, I only bought one. I just happen to like that generation better than any other. 2 years ago, it was plentiful.
Now, not so much.

My opinion is that since it can still use most new Campy-compatible wheels, you won't see people turning it loose very soon to go 11sp.
It'll happen, but not all at once, a la "leaving Shimano for SRAM....."
