Having regretted taking my lovely Zeus track bike onto the road for winter training in the 70's where I ruined it's nice light rims, salted it's components and endured a lumber wagon-like ride and twitchy down hill behavior out of it's velodrome environment I really do not understand the current "track/fixie" thing. A miserable idea unlike converting a nice old PX10 to FG use, it even has eyelets for full mudguards.
