arsprod - Your post prompted me to do a bit of web research on helmet life, and it seems I should replace my helmet anyway due to its age (at least 15 years-old). I'll probably stop at Target on the way home.
glad to hear it! fyi - I had a fall this summer and didn't realize I had a concussion until the next day. I ended up at the ER and had issues for over a month. Don't ignore head stuff (like I tried to). I've had concussions before when I was younger but apparently over 50 brains like mine don't take kindly to getting rattled around!
