Bikepedia has pretty much no info on Ti Argon 18 frames, and the few I have ever seen, in person and in photos have been bare Ti, so I am not sure what model this even is- can't pin down a year, and all of their other models (CF or steel) have the model name on the top tube, not the brand. the fist thing I would do, if I were looking for info on an uncommon brand, would be to contact the mfr, and find out when they made Ti frames, and maybe even send the photo and ask if they can ID the year and model.
