Well, the weather cooperated but another problem arose, forcing me to drive today. The alarm on our water heater starting blaring early this morning, indicating a leak. So I had to drive so I can coordinate repairs with the plumber. It might be for the best anyway, as forecasters are calling for severe storms today. The storms are supposed to pass through by mid-afternoon, but they often get the timing off in their forecasts. Not the kind of weather I will ride in, with high winds, lightning and heavy rain predicted.
