Stopped at the LBS last night to get a new helmet. My wife also looked at their selection of urban bikes, since she's expressed interest in riding to the gym and supermarket. The Schwinn "Cream" looked nice with the IGH, front suspension, and rack/fenders. Other options were an Electra Townie (she didn't like how it looked) and a Trek Verve (looks like it would be nice for trails but not her use). There was another Electra that had a cupholder; I forget the model.

She's still hesitant to spend $400 on something she might not end up using. She hasn't ridden since she was a teenager, and she isn't interested in riding on any days that aren't perfect weather (no rain, not too cold, not too hot, etc.).

Also called my Dad and he confirmed that I have a grade 1 concussion. I need to take it easy for a few days to let my brain heal up, so no aerobic activities until Monday. Thick fog this morning from the snow mixed with warm temperatures.
