Having recovered as much as I think I going to from last years back injury and becoming frustrated with a complete lack of purpose to my riding, I've recommitted to Taupo in Nov.
An Annual Training Plan is coming together. But, in the meantime, I'm starting with 3 X 7hr weeks of "prep". Mostly Zones 1&2.
Then, I'll probably be moving onto what would commonly be described as a "reverse periodization" plain.
