But the condensed version is, you park near the casino (Harrah's) - possibly in the overflow lot near to the gas station south of the casino, go east on 76 and then up South Grade. 4300' of elevation gain at 7% average. There is no water and no facilities along the climb except for a convenience store at the top of the mountain, which is open limited hours, possibly weekends only but I'm not sure, and some sort of artesian well on the shoulder of South Grade about half a mile from the top, which may or may not work and may or may not require quarters to operate.
