Having ridden both for a short time....the 9 felt stiffer and lighter than the 10..........of course mine has a few upgrades.......but if you look at this it clearly states differences.......

From what I understand vertical give......good......horizontal bad.....and if I'm reading this right it says the 9 is better in both.....
