I don't know jack about Exercise Physiology as a career. But for my job I've had to conduct hundreds of job interviews over the years. A lot of those applicants had multiple masters degrees or a phd, but a surprisingly large number of them apparently chose their career for all the wrong reasons. You seem to have a passion for something along with some ambition and initiative. I don't think you have to worry too much about ending up working at a YMCA or high school.
