5. Fast recreational riding. Anywhere from 20 to 100 miles. Usually ride alone.
6. 5-6 times per week. At 4400 for the year and hope to get to 5000+ despite increasingly cold weather (I hate riding my bike on my trainer despite multiple bike race VCR's)
