Bikes: Tsunami road bikes, Dolan DF4 track

Couple things I noticed. The picture where the bike is faced left, it looks like the fork is bent backward. Is it just distortion or is it bent? It'd bend up by the fork crown so the top half of the blades will be bent back or not. The painted top I think is indicative of an aluminum fork crown. I point this out because a fork failure can be catastrophic and a bent fork should be tossed. Another symptom would include a headset that doesn't adjust quite right.

The other is that the cable stops on the downtube are rotated a bit down. This indicates that the bolt going through the frame has moved, and the mounts for those cable stops has rotated a bit. You'll want to straighten it out and make sure the through bolt is snug. Having the stops feed the cable straight down the tube will help the shifting. Fixing the through bolt position and making sure it's snug will prevent minor damage to the downtube.

As far as the dent goes it doesn't look too bad. Keep an eye out for any cracks or creases in the paint, or, if the paint is off, the frame itself.
