You should have a cassette tool and chain whip... if a gearing change is not required I'd be swapping the cassette between the respective wheelsets as then the chain wear and cassette wear will match up.

I used to run my mountain bike with two wheelsets, one for commuting and one for racing on the weekends and each wheel ran it's own cassette and chain to keep the wear consistent.

The swap does not take long when you have a quick link and have done it a few times.
