Used to live in Richmond, and do repeats up 23rd street at lunch.

Watched Armstrong make the winning move on 23rd street in a stage of the Tour Dupont.

Going to book a terrace suite at the Berkeley Hotel with a view from the terrace overlooking the course through Shockoe Slip.
