Well, it's been probably a year since I've posted at BikeForums. I used to post in the Clydesdales forum, but then I stopped cycling and went to walking as my primary exercise. With walking and proper diet, I reached my goal weight.
However, once you're a cyclist, and you're "in it" deep enough that it's a lifestyle, it never leaves you alone. Every time I would see a cyclist, especially a commuter or someone that looks like they're "car free", I would feel the draw. It took a while to sink in, but the facts are I'm a bicyclist at heart and have always loved commuting and otherwise using my two wheels as my primary transportation.
My family moved to the middle of town only 7 miles from my job, so I have decided to go back to cycling for primary transportation. Four days back on the bike proves that I have some conditioning to attain lol, but it feels sooooo good to be back on the machine.
So, back in the saddle again!!
