I think the best I did last year was 3:07, but I'll have to check that as the course I did that on was a little longer than 50. But 16 and 2/3 mph for three hours isn't something I've ever done and seems like a good target.

My most important goal is to cycle consistently. I don't have a mileage target but my goal is to avoid or minimize the down periods that I've had in the past.
With consistency many other things follow.
