I go to the lbs for service I can't do myself. Tried doing something for 3-4 hours. Banging my head against the wall. Had the tools did it before on other bikes, just couldn't get it adjusted just so this time. They charged me $13 and got it working right. Totally worth it. Parts, I can hunt down myself. I can read how to do something, but sometimes you just need the expertise of someone who's done it hundreds of times in the past. I'll pay for that.
