I waited 6-7 weeks for my BMC. Was originally told 1 week but that was never remotely possible, no 2014 GF01's would be avail in US until early to mid-Feb (I ordered Jan 4). Once we got past that, however, and got an accurate delivery date, all went fairly well. There was one additional brief delay due to weather and a "stevedore" strike. But I got it by the third week in Feb.

There aren't infinite BMC dealers in SoCal and we contacted most of them and got similar time-frames for delivery so it really seems to have been a delay on the BMC side. Once we got past the initial ridiculous "1 week" estimate LBS could not have been more helpful/on top of things/lovely to work with. I did just switch to working with the shop owner, maybe that helped.

My only choice was to wait for my bike. I love it completely 100% and I am glad I waited for it.
