If you are willing to pay TOP dollar then the sourcing is easier of course.
I would like to find an Early Campagnolo cottered bottom bracket Italian threading (for some FB two ring cranks) but just not willing to pay the stratospheric pricing that the set I see on ebay is offered at.
So it goes. Alternately I was looking for a Magistroni Senior BB assembly... they seem to be quite dear too of late.

The project bike is an under appreciated Italian make of 1953 or so. Which is part of the problem. The bike will never be worth anywhere near what it will cost to assemble. I need a bottom bracket, cotters and a saddle. I might just break down and assemble it with a later crank set for the time being.
