Thinkin of using Maine Eastern Trail on my trip South to Kittery. Anyone used/familar with route?
I don't want to use the ACA Atlantic Coast route as it sems to go too far inland and I'd rather be as close to the shoreline as I can get. Would plan to ride RT1A from Portsmouth South to Newburyport and onward to Salem Mass.
