Yes - the frame exactly fits. It is the most comfortable size for me to ride normally.

That is a great suggestion to build the bike with the components I have. Ride it. If it fits and performs as well as it should, look for a 105 triple set.
That was my bad on the pedal - pre-second cup of coffee this am. The pedal is completely plastic - I know the flash may make it look as if there is a metallic edge, so should not have done any harm.

Again - thanks for the suggestions.

Shoot - and this may be the best part about this frame - the Iron Horse Trail in Dayton runs by my house - and I generally take it home. Love the name affinity to a local trail.
