Bikes: 1986 Cannondale SR600, 1965 Schwinn Super Sport, 1973 Schwinn World Voyaguer, 1984 Specialized Stumpjumper, 1985 Specialized Rockhopper, 1988 Schwinn Traveler

I try not to buy any bikes that don't seem like a really good deal.

The next two photos were a really good deal, though not C&V, the 2007 Specialized Globe and the accessories below it for $50.00 a couple months back. It's actually a really nice bike but I decided it's not quite my style so it's in a box ready to be shipped to my Dad, it's perfect for him.

I was pretty excited about this Le Tour for $20.00, I had to put a little money into it but it was great project bike at the price, I sold it at a small profit after riding it 1500 miles or so. Sadly I can't find the after pics anymore.

This Univega I bought for $5.00 at a garage sale, it's not worth a lot of money but it has now been converted with drop bars, 1.5" Schwalbe Marathons, Deore drive-train and down-tube shifters and it is my daily rider/commuter. Pretty much my favorite all around/beater bike.

I better stop now, the temptation is to put all my bikes on this list, there are several more that could be contenders. I mean really, how do you decide which one was the best deal?

Ok, just one more because it might actually be the best deal:
Bought it for $75, have about $200.00 into it (including purchase price):
