I prefer the models that hold the bke at the fork and bottom bracket, it's a much more stable platform to work on. Having the bike dangle by the seatpost is not that stable.
I'd look at the Park PRS-20 and PRS-21 if budget stretches that far, otherwize I'd get the Bikehand model for the cheaper price and the beefier tubes.
