btw, i kinda had a good deal. it was like 3 yrs ago when the real estate price was really hit the bottom around the area.

orangeology, your wife I assume, not your second bedroom! At HB prices, lets see 10 X 12 room, about $650 per square foot, that's a $75,000 workshop, not even a view of the Big Apple. My whole house bought 15 months ago, cost only 25% more!
