Bikes: Trek 5500, Colnago C-50

Start by making sure you have the correct cleat on the correct shoe, and the cleat fronts facing forward. Be sure that the cleats are fully engaged and that the mounting screws are not interfering with the cleats. Try adjusting for the maximum float possible.
