Get a clue, motorists have to pay fees, tags, licenses due to the far greater damage they can cause with their motor vehicle, and the handwriting is on the wall with the steady decline in driving that more of the roadway is going to go towards non motorized road use.
Glad to see that you have the "correct" sense of humor.... unlike the general public. I am pretty sure I am "fully clued".... and a tad surprised to see you are optimistic about the continued declining incomes and increased costs associated with America's roadway use. I am sure you must mean America... as many other nations are seeing marked increases in motor vehicle use.
So I guess your plan is... do nothing... and expect everything to just work out... huh? Doing nothing... has never been a part of cycling history. Best of luck with that plan. I really mean that.
