Yes. Seattle and a handful of other cities have made some stellar efforts for it's cycling community. Although most [of what] I've read implies the area has hit a saturation point of citizen cooperation... the progress that has been made cannot be denied.

I think we all realize that not all cities have the "whatever" it takes to pull off such a remarkable effort. And many that do... invest their efforts in other directions with other projects. It's great to see cycling success stories.
