It was every bit the singletrack killer that my '92 Easton Yeti A.R.C. hardtail was with similar stiff and snappy ride quality. A buddy begged and begged so I sold it to him in 2000, he still hits the trails weekly with that bike. Giant had some great bikes in the mid-90s to early 2000s, I'm sure you're going to love the bike!

It is not the CU92 its Giant's 6061 Aluminum. I think the previous model year had the CU92, Im not sure how much of a difference there is between them but the frame is fairly lightweight this bike should be in the 25-26lb neighborhood once its all done. Its sitting around 22lb right now as you see it. I really like the way this bike is looking as Im building it. I initially was going to sell it but Im starting to really like it and I havent even ridden it yet!
