I wouldn't buy a fat bike that cost less than that. Bikes Direct is carrying them now and I wouldn't consider anything less than what they carry. They start at almost twice your limit.
Wal-Mart has one for $199. But it weighs almost 50 pounds and your back would hurt for sure after you carry it home.
