Lick your finger and stick it in the air! No wind? Spray near the critical parts. No plastic either. Coat hangers in the basement. After the 3rd can, I didn't even need to look anymore. I could feel where the paint was going to land, unless the cross breeze kicked in with my window and door open.

I bought METALLIC paint, hell yeah, sh*t would glitter like diamonds in the sun! After about 6 cans, you could throw my bike (if you could lift it) off a bridge and not break through ALL the layers of paint!
