I once stored some HCl-in a capped but opened gallon jug-about 10 feet for a motorcycle
Yeah-the aluminum cases kinda corroded on the HCl side- 10 feet away-capped bottle!
On an open carport!!

Yeah nasty chemicals-always manage to have more "range" then you would figure.

Oh-last couple of "can't get out tried every trick seat posts" I cut with a hacksaw-by hand-took a good 2-3 hours each-miserable tedious
So if anyone ever finds a chemical that works(NH4OH didn't)-post it
