Tough choice. I have an Evo on order but haven't ridden it. I also have a caad. People generally say buy a bike for the frame not the components. Both are excellent frames but I think most would give the nod to the Evo. The 6800 is supposedly a lot better though so in terms of a complete bike the Caad might be the better option out the door. If it was me, I'd probably shop around and see if I could get a good price on the Evo 3 ultegra and get the best of both. You could end up spending more down the road on upgrade-itis.
