I do the 2 x 20 version of it (also on trainerroad.) Works pretty well, but contrary to the instructions on the workout, there's no way I can unleash it all in the first 20 and still hold the same power on the 2nd 20; I def have to pace it and be aware that I'm going for 2 x 20, not just 1 x 20.
