Not exactly. I dismiss spacey, totally unsupported statements about what other people might be thinking as the guesswork and conjuring (at best) that they are, and certainly do not take such alleged "perceptions" as a given for the purpose of discussion.

Heck the OP did not claim having any perception of anything, but only repeated/tossed out some chum that he thinks he may have read or heard somewhere.
