they dont require a torque wrench , but for those who dont have any sense of how much tension a bolt
threaded into aluminum will take before it stops slipping , but before you strip it out ..

they are marked in Nm .. marked on mine, the GR3 is 7, the GR 5 is 8 .



Being a mechanic on bikes for a Long time, I didn't need a torque wrench..

stripping suggests someone over did the tightening ..
