favorite rant. before you ride it insert the stem further into the frame. GB's are good, but any stem will break if its too high. I had a '72 grand prix and it didn't have these fancy lugs. I'd say its from the '60's. The cranks are really nice pieces...

naw. belay all that (except the cranks). Retro raleighs has a '76 that looks just like this one (in the catalogs).
