is useless, for the most part.
But if it can teach anyone anything, it's that you don't need a 1400w sprint to win a race. It's so much more about saving energy, timing, positioning, confidence, etc. To that end the video is probably more instructional.
That said I'm glad someone asked so I could break out the ewang!!
