Thanks for all of the replies. I'll try my best to answer all the questions.

This bike was purchased in Cali, Colombia. It's in the USA now. My friend's mother is ~5'1" so it's a pretty small frame. I don't know if there are any markings other than the ones we can see in the picture. She said that there are markings that mention Treviso, but since Pinarello is based there I'm not sure if that's just a decal or if it's the actual model type.

She asked her mother if the top tube came that way and she said yes. She'll ask more about it when she gets the chance. I'll ask my friend to take some more pictures, too.

I'm glad that it's not a busted frame. Funky, for sure.
