Try different saddles and also bike shorts. I prefer the Gore Bike Wear shorts myself, I believe mine are the Contest shorts. I also ride a WTB Pure V Saddle and have been happy with it on my past two tours. However like many have been saying it is a personal thing and some saddles might work and some might not. Plus sometimes you have to ride a while to get used to a saddle and strengthen things down there.

I am curious to try the Cambium Saddle from Brooks, not just because it is non-leather but it is also supposed to be quite comfortable according to the reviews.

Have a good trip and enjoy the ride. You have a good bike that is well rated by many cyclists I have talked with and also well rated by myself having the disc version. Keep us posted.
