You need a different crankset,probably BB,and possibly even different FD to run rings like that. XTR crank uses same octalink spline as the ultegra but the ultegra 118.5 may be a tad too long. You can run a 24 small,38 middle and something in the mid 40s with the ultegra triple crank.
