Alright I removed the tyres, cleaned the rims and applied a layer of cement and let it dry.
In the meantime I mounted the tubulars on a pair of clinchers and inflated them for stretching and will wait ~30 hours.

My question is how inflated should my tubular be when mounting it, and how hard should I pull on it when mounting it?
