I have a Schmidt Edelux light on my bike (this is a dynamo-powered light made in Germany).

Oh, man, what a great light it is.

I read recently that Schmidt was coming out with a new version, Edelux 2.

Has anyone given the second-generation light a ride?

Maybe I shouldn't ask ... I don't need any more bike gear!
