That would have been an option, but never materialized. It ended up that I shipped the frame & fork back to him. It started out that he wanted me to pay for shipping back, but I disputed that I should be required to. I told him and ebay that I didn't do anything wrong. Why should I be penalized? It ended up the seller refunded my total initial fee and payed for shipping back. The seller got sparkling clean frame and fork set back! I'm guessing he's squaring up with his LBS since he states the receipt states a "60cm" frame.
