No, not entirely sure - that's why I want to re-measure tomorrow once I have crankset off. And no indication of threading outside. It does not look like Japanese BB's I worked on before - lockring looks the same but cup have shape of regular nut.

Re S/N - several threads I digged out and Bianchi S/N thread have same as mine format S/N listed. Need to find them again - L stands for some kind of number as well. Folks reported same location as well - letter and number on non-drive side and 4 digits on the drive side.
