These. My personal pet peeve is also with dog walkers - specifically when people around here let their pets off their leashes in the large Open Space park areas. These dog owners must presume (and not always correctly) that their dog should be excepted from the leash law since it isn't going to chase or react to cyclists, pedestrians, and other canines that may be sharing the trails, but how can anyone else know that?
