Thanks for all the help! Welp! After riding a lot of the Sirrus series at the shop today I actually decided on a brand new Sirrus Comp that the shop just got in. The ride was a lot smoother and it just felt better to ride.

He cut me a good deal on the bike (slightly more than what I wanted to spend, but that's okay) and included a rack and freddy fenders which i'm told are very good.
